My husband and I had purchased a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder SL from Nissan of Cookeville and unfortunately it was totaled. We loved that pathfinder. Nissan of Cookeville, particularly, Mr. Walter Lee worked exceptionally hard to get me in my dream Pathfinder the end of May 2024; however, July 7th it was involved in a total loss accident. Without batting an eye, my husband and I knew without a doubt we would be driving 300 plus miles back to Nissan of Cookeville to experience the same professional, friendly, down to earth customer service we had experienced before from not only the one and only Mr. Walter Lee, but also all the other staff at Nissan of Cookeville. I called and notified Mr.Walter Lee of when we would be there and that I had looked at the online inventory. I told him I loved my previous Pathfinder and all the luxury it came with, but there were some exterior modifications I would like to make. He listened to what we wanted and took all of what we said into account and said he would be waiting for us when we arrived. We were already a Nissan family, however; the Nissan Mr. Walter Lee helped us find this time is a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek. Mr. Walter Lee spent his Saturday making sure we were completely comfortable with our purchase and we definitely are!!! This one is my SL, but BETTER!!! It has everything I wanted in the SL, but with the rugged look on the outside. The staff at the Nissan in Cookeville are trustworthy, friendly, and stand behind what they say. Once again, they have went out of their way to find the right vehicle to fit our needs. They cleaned it up and made sure it was sparkly clean for me which I appreciated and it even had a FULL tank of gas!! My husband and I made a pit stop at the Nissan of Cookeville on our way home, to the bootheel of Missouri, from our vacation in Gatlingburg. He listened to what we wanted, what we didn't want, and took all of what we said into account and then proceeded to help us find the PERFECT fit for our family. We were already a Nissan family, however; the Nissan Mr. Walter Lee helped us find is a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder. It fits our family SO much better. The staff at the Nissan in Cookeville are trustworthy, friendly, and stand behind what they say. The process was very smooth. They even helped us unload and load our luggage and put the license plate on the new on in the pouring rain. It might be a way to drive, but if and when we get ready to trade our beautiful pathfinder in for another Nissan we will be returning to Nissan in Cookeville!!! They have a new customer for life. Overall a very good experience purchasing a 2024 Pathfinder Platinum. Had some communication issues/challengs around Cash vs. Finance but that got squared away very transparently by Brady Bush. Couldn't ask for a more upfront Executive Manager at a car dealership. The Finance Manager David Holloway was also terrific, had everything ready to go when I came to pickup the car, no pressure to purchase add-ons in the F&I office like most dealerships. I started out working with Mikey Delk but ended up working more with Issac Hartman due to other commitments that Mikey Delk had. Both salesman were very friendly, helpful and responsive to my questions. I would buy from this dealership again. More
