While the service itself was executed properly, I found the scheduling process to be excessively lengthy. Additionally, upon my arrival, the dealer did not have a porter available to drive me home as initi the scheduling process to be excessively lengthy. Furthermore, the service advisor did not inform me that a routine service would take more than a day to complete; in fact, I was assured, "I will call you later today" as I left. I sent the service advisor four text messages that day without receiving any response. It wasn't until the following day, after I reached out again, that I finally received a call. During this conversation, the service advisor mentioned that he had informed me my vehicle would not be ready that same day, despite the fact that I dropped it off before 9 AM. I requested that he arrange for the vehicle to be delivered to my home, which is only ten minutes from the dealership, and he agreed, albeit reluctantly. This level of communication falls short of what I would expect from a luxury brand like Porsche. I hope that my next experience will be significantly improved. More
