Hi my name is Bradley Berndt I was born and raised in Green Bay Wisconsin. I grew up in the restaurant business and its there I learned the value of relationships. After going to school for hotel and restaurant management and realizing that I didn't want to work nights, I decided to join my father in the car business. For 34 years I've been enjoying the joy of putting smiles on peoples faces delivering them their Dream Cars. Purchased a BMW lemon from Auto Haus and when I traded in got only $2500 trade value, lower than KBB. I purchased 4 SUVS from them and was very UNHAPPY with the last and got ripped off with a warranty that got only $2500 trade value, lower than KBB. Tried to cancel my extended Warranty policy. I reached out to Budco and they told me to contact Auto Haus. I contacted Bradley (Manager) at Auto Haus and he told me he would take care of it well I reached out to Budco and they told me to contact Auto Haus. I contacted Bradley (Manager) at Auto Haus and he told me he would take care of it well over 4 weeks ago. He never canceled it, my MOTOR blew up in my 2017 Lexus NX 200T & the warranty did not cover it. I have contacted the BBB once before but it looks like I may have to do it again. I wouldn't recommend purchasing a car from there. The only thing nice is Tyler (the office secretary) & the dog. So now I'm out of close to 23k in cash for the Lexus and only had the vehicle for 6 months. Nothing to show for trying to be a responsible adult so I could save money back to by my 2nd oldest a vehicle. I guess your word is only as good as the promise you keep & I feel like that promise was broken to me at 'Auto Haus On Velp' in Green Bay, Wisconsin. More
