I had my 2019 Ford Escape in for it's first oil change and the WORKS package this past week. I was very impressed with the service department. I was in out out in one hour and got to enjoy coffee and fres and the WORKS package this past week. I was very impressed with the service department. Your service was great. But 500 bucks to change 8 sparkplugs Is way to much. Not only that but charging 37 dollars for and air filter maybe is way to much I'll start to find service someplace else sparkplugs Is way to much. I was not happy that my car was damaged more than before I brought in on the exterior.there was a dent when I came in when I left more of my fender was damaged.
