Buying a C300 from Mercedes Benz of Sudbury was a very enjoyable experience for me. My Sales Consultant, Dakota Haddad was accomplished at finding suitable models which fit my desired feature list and Sal enjoyable experience for me. My Sales Consultant, Dakota Haddad was accomplished at finding suitable models which fit my desired feature list and Sales Manager Brad Rafter was very accommodating in giving me a great sales price. The business end was effortless with Josue Bulux providing a low financing option and useful information on warranty packages I might consider. Then when I picked up the car, Jonny Pham was phenomenal in helping me familiarize myself with using the MBUX interface. Great sales service all around! More

Overall me and my wife had a great car purchasing experience at Mercedes- Benz of Sudbury. They had a great professional approach for sales and they work for great customer satisfaction. Howard Rosen experience at Mercedes- Benz of Sudbury. They had a great professional approach for sales and they work for great customer satisfaction. Howard Rosenberg had a professional and sincere approach to us which made us buy the car from Mercedes comparing to other brands. All the staff in the shop including Sharon in the front desk were very helpful and approachable. Jonny Pham did a fantastic job explaining all the features of the car. Yatin did a great job with financial aspects of the purchase. Thank you! More

Dealing with Johny was excellent . He spent over two hours helping me understand and learn my vehicle . If i didn’t understand something he would go back and explain it again.
