Brad Smith was an excellent salesman. He was friendly and knowledgeable. There was a car on the lot that he knew would fit me and he hunted for the keys for it. Brad, the salesperson, has not been responsive to calls or messages. Additionally, the finance person ran my credit twice without my consent 15 days after I purchased my car. Although they claim to have ch or messages. Additionally, the finance person ran my credit twice without my consent 15 days after I purchased my car. Although they claim to have changed banks, no explanation has been provided. As a result, I am unsure about the due date for my new payment or which bank to send the payment to. I have not received any responses despite reaching out to the general manager, Christopher Lima. As a loyal Lexus customer for over 20 years, I am very disappointed by this experience. More

I am appalled that we were not told that it would take months and months to get a second key fob. Our sale rep said it would take about one month. Lexus headquarters said october at the earliest.
