Being charged $308 for a diagnostic to determine nothing was wrong with my car feels like extortion. I understand you’re running a business, but to instill fear in me that I’ll irreparably damage my vehicle was wrong with my car feels like extortion. Brad was great in service department. Informative honest with time management. However, the customer service area was disappointing. No coffee cups no snacks no water and coffee machine. This area had not seen any attention as I was there at 9 AM. When I asked the cashier for coffee cups. She just said they’re on order. I was there 3 1/2 hours for my service, my coat remained on as the building was cold. More

Alec was professional, helpful, and not pushy at all in my car purchase process! He was patient with me taking my time to decide what was right for me and answered all of my questions (if he didn't know th my car purchase process! He was patient with me taking my time to decide what was right for me and answered all of my questions (if he didn't know the answer right away he found out and got back to me quickly). I am extremely happy with my new vehicle and I truly feel like I will continue to be taken care of after the sale. I've already called with more questions about tires, accessories, and getting to know my warranties better, and have always gotten responses. This has certainly been my best experience at a dealership and Alec makes a great addition to the team!! More

Brad Rush, the service advisor was amazing! I came in with a tire issue and Brad did everything to ensure it was taken care of quickly and correctly. He told me “it’s the right thing to do”. I took my Subaru in for a tire pressure sensor error, and the tire pressure sensor light is still on, and now the ABS light is too. They supposedly used a scanner, but I don't believe they actually did. And the tire pressure sensor light is still on, and now the ABS light is too. They supposedly used a scanner, but I don't believe they actually did. And they want to charge me 285 for a scan again. What a disappointment! That's why I won't be taking it back to you. More
