The car we bought had been scuffed in the parking lot at some point between the time that we test drove it and when we came to pick it up. When we made the dealership aware of the problem, they brought it i some point between the time that we test drove it and when we came to pick it up. When we made the dealership aware of the problem, they brought it in and totally repainted the quarter panel so that it looks brand new again. They went above and beyond to fix the problem. They also provided a loaner car while the vehicle we purchased was being fixed. We came back recently and purchased an extended warranty because we intend to keep the car for a long time. We love the car and think we got a great vehicle for the price we paid. More

I have waited for weeks now after I discovered the camera didnt work after I had my car for 2 days. Pure lack of communication. Refusal to return calls. No service. Told after a few weeks it would be 30 days didnt work after I had my car for 2 days. Pure lack of communication. Refusal to return calls. No service. Told after a few weeks it would be 30 days (MORE) before they would even look at it. At this point with my notification to them was within 48 hours. I have asked what my options are 4 times and I have been ignored. Brad will not discuss this with me. By the time service rolls around, I will be stuck with a car I dont want. I know this is a used car but quick notification was given and here I am still waiting for a call (I think I'm 3 weeks in now but need to review dates). No communication is what I hate the most. I've discussed with other dealerships now and even they tell me this is very disrespectful. Im very unhappy. Of I had bought a brand new car and been a male, I do not believe this would be happening. More
