My wife and I purchased a 2018 Toyota Sienna SE Premium and it was delivered to us in Illinois 11/07/2019. Our salesperson, Brad Mincer, made sure that everything went smoothly without a hitch. With FaceTime, Brad walked over the entire car, even underneath. He showed me everything I wanted to see, even pointing out a small scratch which was barely noticeable. He also went over the all the features from front to back. Started the engine and stopped it and started it again so I could hear it. He answer all my questions and kept me posted thru text how everything was progressing. Marie Bowers handled the financing and setting up the shipping. After shipping was set up, I received the car 2 days after it had been picked up. The car was as I’d seen when Brad had shown it to me on FaceTime but more beautiful in person. It ran and sounded like new and my whole family loves it! Especially my son! If I can purchase a vehicle, pretty much sight unseen, for a great price and receive such friendly and professional service without even walking into the dealership, then locals really should flock to this dealership for their next purchase. No pressure, no trying to steer me to a particular vehicle. Just a solid deal.
