Bad service, I came for oil change and the guy came and he literally kicked me out cos I have no appointments. Which ic fine tell me in a nice way I will leave put pushing me away like I'm no one is not go he literally kicked me out cos I have no appointments. Then I went inside to ask for someone the old lady inside didn't even reply bk to me when I asked her she just shake her head to me. It's really bad employees there. Stay away from them. More

Was charged $1000 over what the dealer agreed with insurance Just look at the BBB rating (Better Business Bureau). There is a reason for this. After my insurance appraiser and the dealership service rep, Brad had met and agreed on a price, my appraiser called me letting me know he recommended full coverage of the damage. I called my insurance and they let me know the agreed-upon price and that full coverage, minus my deductible, was approved. When I went to pick up my car, I was charged the extra one thousand dollars and having never dealt with insurance, I was told by Brad that I could just present the bill to my insurance and be paid back. I had told Brad that I was fully covered, how much the deductible was, and how much I was being paid when I let him know that he could start repairs. At the end of this when I was trying to figure out what happened after insurance said they couldn't pay more money than what was agreed upon, Brad told me he had never seen an agreement for the lower price from the appraiser. I talked with the appraiser and he got Brad to admit that he did agree with it, that after the appraiser left that his manager made him raise the price and not tell anyone, and Brad also told my insurance company that I specifically agreed to pay the extra $1000 out of pocket. There is also a large dent in my door and now that I am trying to get these two matters resolved, they put me on indefinite hold when I call and have blocked USAA, my insurance company. Do not go here. I am now out a week and a half's worth of pay and this dealership and its managers will lie to you. More

Horrible unbelievably Made an appointment days in advance with Brad in Service.. dropped off night before and had a 10am apt on a Wednesday.. long story short Brad held me Made an appointment days in advance with Brad in Service.. dropped off night before and had a 10am apt on a Wednesday.. long story short Brad held me car hostage for 7 days .. each day I would have to call around 4 to find out status of diagnostic test and would get could not get to it today sorry .. I need my work truck and he made it clear from day 2-3 that they don’t care about our time. I left many messages and finally after no response and them hold truck I guess hostage with no info ..I had enough and call dealers GM who said Brad was out today and we are on day 6 now....and report is in and Brad will call tomorrow day 7. No call from Brad so I called around 11:30 and told him that I would pick up truck later that day and will let everyone what a horrible business this is the ..the guys working up front when I cam to pick up car just shaking their heads cause they hear this a lot about Brad .. then I get a handful of calls saying I am in sales and I see your truck in service and they try to sell me a new one ..lol. I hope that anyone is hat reads this lets any friend or family who they care about not to visit this dealership and especially not Brad .. a horrible employee.. to top it off I told to GM and he went over cost and then next Day day 7 Brad does the same thing but then price was 900$ more for same work. Rip off people and we really should not give companies that are run this way any business.. do yourself a favor steer clear of this place More
