Looking for a vehical quickly My truck was due for renewal and was not going to pass inspection, and I was leaving for out of town in just a few days. I was looking for a particula My truck was due for renewal and was not going to pass inspection, and I was leaving for out of town in just a few days. I was looking for a particular type of vehicle and found what was going to do on the website. They worked very hard to try and get it from the Alton store to the South County store. However, due to some recalls that particular one was not available. They called me right away and I looked on the site again and found another one...that one was already sold. I was getting discouraged that I would find what I was looking for in time. However, Kirt called me back and said he found something he thought I might like and would fit what I needed. I went to check it out and not only did it meet my expectations but it exceeded them. They worked with my credit and got me approved for a loan quickly. I was unable to take the vehical home that day because I needed to get some things together. When I came back the next day Kurt stayed past the end of his shift to make sure all the paperwork would be squared away for me. The gentleman in financing spent lots of time with us trying to make sure we had the right insurance so we could take the vehical home. Everything worked out wonderful thanks to the great workers at the South County store. More

Joe helped us get two cars and both times were seamless and quick, while Joe was getting everything in order multiple team members chatted with us and were extremely friendly and personable ! Especially John and Brad each of whom went through signing papers with us ! We had tried Honda Frontanc first and sat for 45 minutes with not a single person acknowledging us aside from one guy who kept saying someone would be right with us .... no good ! Fantastic experience We went in to Mungenast Honda on the recommendation of a friend and the suggestion to meet with Rick Brennan after looking at used Civic's for the pas We went in to Mungenast Honda on the recommendation of a friend and the suggestion to meet with Rick Brennan after looking at used Civic's for the past few weeks and not finding one with the features and color that we wanted. Rick paired us up with Joe and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Not only did Joe help us to find a new 2018 Civic with exactly the features and color that we were looking for, he also set us up with a lease option that better fit our needs, came to pick us up at a nearby competing dealership that had given us a better outright purchase option on our old car, and stayed well past the closing time of the his dealership (we showed up later in the afternoon on a Saturday) to make sure that we were fully taken care of. Brad in Finance presented everything in a clear, concise manner and helped us to fully understand all the different options available to us as we hadn't gone through the lease process with a vehicle before. Brad also stayed well past closing time for the dealership and did a phenomenal job of making us feel fully taken care of. We will absolutely be doing all of our vehicle purchases with the Mungenast family of dealerships going forward and Joe will be my go-to rep for both my family and any referrals that I may have. More
