Can't compliment Linda Radue enough on her professionalism, dedication to detail, motivation to get everything just right, consideration for our particular situation (drove from two hours away) and just a nice personable person to know and work with. This is our second VW and have nothing but great things to say about all support staff and especially the service department. They are accommodating, helpful and always willing to work with our schedule. This total experience is what buying,owning and maintaining a vehicle should be like for everyone. More

The right rear tire on my car blew out and I needed to have it repaired. I contacted the dealership and Brad scheduled an appointment for the day after the blow out. During the inspection of the car at the beginning of the service appointment, Glenn pointed out that the tire tread on the remaining tires was at or near the level that indicated the tires needed to be replaced. I decided to go ahead with the replacement for safety reasons and am very pleased with the tires and price that was recommended. I have been very pleased with the service I get at Luther Burnsville Volkswagen ever since I bought the car from that dealership. More
