Staff was very pleasant and polite. Understood customers are not happy about repairs, yet they helped explain what work was needed, why and what the cost would be. Never felt like I was being sold or railr are not happy about repairs, yet they helped explain what work was needed, why and what the cost would be. Never felt like I was being sold or railroaded. Although my pocketbook hates to pay for repairs, I have no hesitation going to Burnsville VW for my Audi repairs. More

The right rear tire on my car blew out and I needed to have it repaired. I contacted the dealership and Brad scheduled an appointment for the day after the blow out. During the inspection of the car at have it repaired. I contacted the dealership and Brad scheduled an appointment for the day after the blow out. During the inspection of the car at the beginning of the service appointment, Glenn pointed out that the tire tread on the remaining tires was at or near the level that indicated the tires needed to be replaced. I decided to go ahead with the replacement for safety reasons and am very pleased with the tires and price that was recommended. I have been very pleased with the service I get at Luther Burnsville Volkswagen ever since I bought the car from that dealership. More

On December 31st in the early afternoon, my Volkswagen CC showed a Engine problem code. I did not have an appointment and met with Brad Knudson to explain my service problem. He asked me to take a seat in the customer lounge, get a drink and he'd be back shortly with information on next steps. Linda Radue greeted me in the lounge and shared pleasantries. Brad arrived to share the need for a warranty repair that needed to be done on January 2nd. Linda quickly arranged for a loaner car and sent me home to my family. I returned on the 2nd only to be greeted by both Brad and Linda. While Brand was explaining the details of my repair, Linda made arrangements for my car to be brought up to the front door and warmed up. It was 2 below zero! This was a very positive experience and I continue to be very pleased with the team at Luther Burnsville Volkswagen! More

My husband had broken the glove compartment door of our Jetta by accident. We choose to have it fixed where we bought the car. I've been coming to this dealership since they were located in the tiny building off of 35W and Cliff Rd. They are awesome to work with! Today (15 July 2013) is the 5th time I've been to Luther Burnsville VW for service. (I go every 10K miles and I have 50K miles on my 2011 Jetta TDI). I get excellent service every time. There is Luther Burnsville VW for service. (I go every 10K miles and I have 50K miles on my 2011 Jetta TDI). I get excellent service every time. There is no problem getting an appointment. When I arrive, I am promptly greeted by a knowledgeable person who outlines what needs to be done plus listens to any concern I might have. Then I go to the waiting area which is clean, bright and has current magazines, newspapers and snacks including cold bottled water. After a while, a service representative advises the work progress and when the work is complete, he/she explains what has been done and advises what to expect on the the next 10K mile service. When I get into the car again, I see that it has been vacuumed and washed. I am confident that the work has been done correctly. I have not had a single problem with the car. More
