I’ve purchased quite a few cars in my day. I’ve had good sales experiences, and I’ve had bad ones. I’m glad to say that this sales experience was a great one! I called Brad from San Antonio. He arranged a virtual tour of the car and test drive. I told Brad where I needed to be, and he met me right there. There was none of that haggling back and forth and promising and not delivering bs. Brad’s a man of his word and is a great communicator. He kept me in the loop through the entire process. We basically did the deal over the phone and the next day I picked up the car. There’s a reason why Dallas Lease Returns has a 4.8 star rating on google. They’re the real deal. They sell quality cars and provide excellent service. I’ll be buying my next S550 from them. Brad provided the best car buying experience I have had since I bought my first car in 1972. I found DLR after searching for Mercedes vehicles on cars.com. Since the dealership was 20 minutes from my house since I bought my first car in 1972. I found DLR after searching for Mercedes vehicles on cars.com. Since the dealership was 20 minutes from my house, I confirmed the car was available and made an appointment with Brad to see and drive it. All of the information that I needed was provided right then. The process to have the vehicle inspected by an independent source was super simple. The purchase process was completed in just a few hours. I would definitely recommend Bard Hoang and DLR to any prospective car buyer. More

Once again, Brad Hoang is _the_ _man_. Monday, I spoke to him about finding a car for myself, with the requirements that it's inexpensive and reliable, a challenging combination in today' Monday, I spoke to him about finding a car for myself, with the requirements that it's inexpensive and reliable, a challenging combination in today's market. Not two hours later, I get a call back with him asking me to swing by as he has a "surprise." So, given how wildly perfect his last find was for me, I headed on down. Not only did he find another creepily perfect match to my requirements, this has to be, hands-down, the cleanest used car in the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Brad really went above and beyond again, and he made the entire process completely painless and convenient. I really can't say enough good things about him; he has been an exceptional partner in the process of vehicle hunting. Thanks again, Brad, and looking forward to many more transactions in the future!
