Truly the wait was one thing but the fact that you sent me a report on the car you took ahead of mine was the icing on the cake...it was then when you called my husband and argued that it was our car and our car had not even been worked on. When you make an appointment you expect that there might be a slight delay....no task can be completed on time every lsingle day with every car, but you don't expect and hour delay and then someone telling you the car they just worked on is your car when it clearly wasn't! must have been a tangled mix up ! I understand we are all human and we do make mistakes! At that point someone might have said "sorry you have to extend the wait? are you able to do that or should we reschedule? would a loaner help you could go get lunch? I'm not sure you can make that up my husband's lost time hanging around the repair center! He actually wanted to look at used or new civics and that is no longer possible at the repair center
