Very customer oriented as you park, someone is there to greet you and offer assistance. Communication over phone is good, but could improve upon. The service representative could have updated me of progr greet you and offer assistance. Communication over phone is good, but could improve upon. The service representative could have updated me of progress & the Hertz representative could work in his customer relations skills. Despite that, Cutter Ford Aiea handled my service needs adequately and treated me with respect and good vibes. Overall satisfied and recommend this dealership! More

Smooth Sailing So easy from trade in, to purchase, to financing. 100% return customer. Went to Honolulu Ford only to drive 15 miles the service was so bad. Walked in So easy from trade in, to purchase, to financing. 100% return customer. Went to Honolulu Ford only to drive 15 miles the service was so bad.
