They even gave my kids each a parting gift if a teddy bear wearing a shirt that said, "I (heart) VW. I would definitely recommend them if any of my friends and family are in the market for a new or used vehicle. My only complaint is how long the process took but not due to any of their actions. Just the nature of the beast, I suppose. Thank you both! More

Can’t. Be. Beat. So here’s the deal. I had 4 VWs from Westside over a 12 year period. Then I had the (not so) bright idea to try another vehicle from a different deale So here’s the deal. I had 4 VWs from Westside over a 12 year period. Then I had the (not so) bright idea to try another vehicle from a different dealership. While the vehicle itself was fine, me dealership experience was entirely frustrating. Not only was the turnover in staff outrageous, it was difficult to even reach a human who was helpful in the sales department. When my lease ended I knew I needed to go back to Westside. I love everything about this place. The staff is implacable, friendly, knowledgeable, and totally hands on without that smarmy ‘gotcha’ vibe. Many have worked there for as long as I’ve been leasing through them. Phone calls are answered and returned promptly. And The facility itself os dreamier than should be allowed in a dealership. It’s bright and clean and sexy without trying too hard. Working with westside is like meeting a super pretty person who also has depth and knowledge. Rare, in other words. I’m glad to be back. And they all made me feel like I was home. (After a really silly stint in a commune or something.) Needless to say - I’m glad to be back to VW. Oh - and the car is awesome as well. More
