They sold me a car that needed scheduled maintenance and could have blown the engine any time. I called about it and they would not try to fix the situation. It was only 4 days later when I inquired about the problem and they have no returns and no compassion for the buyer. Beware!! More

He listened to our situation and didn’t push back against our financial limits to get us into a more expensive vehicle. He worked hard to find good options in our range, even offering to come pick us up when it was nasty weather (we were without a car). In the end, he found much better car than we thought we could get and stayed 2 hours after closing time to see us through the entire process. While we waited to meet with the finance department and buy the car, he sat with us and we had a wonderful conversation. Greg is a man of integrity; he was honest about everything related to each car. He worked hard to earn our trust and we gladly gave him our business. More

I can’t say enough good things about Erin Henry at Toyota. This is now my THIRD vehicle I’ve purchased through her, and once again she absolutely delivered above and beyond expectations. After gettin Toyota. This is now my THIRD vehicle I’ve purchased through her, and once again she absolutely delivered above and beyond expectations. After getting completely run around for two days by Ken Garff Ford—wasting my time, getting nowhere, and dealing with constant back-and-forth—I reached out to Erin, and within no time she had everything handled. No games, no confusion, just straight-up professionalism and results. Not only did she take care of me, but she also got my wife and I into TWO brand new vehicles. That alone says everything about her dedication and work ethic. She listens, she moves fast, and she genuinely cares about getting you into what you want without the typical dealership headaches. Erin has earned my business for life. Three vehicles in, and I won’t go anywhere else. If you want someone who actually goes to bat for you and makes the process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable, she’s the one to see. More
