For over a month, I had been looking at different 2024 Lexus RX models and happened to stumble upon a RX 500h at Lexus of Pembroke Pines. From the very first moment I contact them to the day I picked up the vehicle, Rafael Genao was very professional and courteous throughout my experience. Because of my job, I do not have much time throughout the week but Rafael and his team treated me as if I was the only client at the dealership that day. I never felt pressured to buy anything and Boris at the Finance Department had a the documents printed for me, so that all I had to do, was pick up the car. This is my first luxury vehicle and I have come cherish the Lexus experience. As for the car, it drives and feels like a dream. Ironically, the day I got the car, two of my wife's colleagues had also gotten new vehicles and when she got into mine, she said "WOW, this is a world apart from the other cars I saw today."
