The personnel at this facility are polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. Every employee genuinely tries to make sure that every single customer departs satisfied. It felt like we had been waiting forever for a hail mary, and Phillips Chevy definitely delivered. Bobby came to our rescue when we were about to leave the building empty-handed and feeling hopeless. But since he and a few other incredible staff members went above and beyond, we were able to walk out the door with the keys to a brand-new car. More
