Jean Abbatematteo deserves some praise! I purchased a 2024 CR-V Hybrid Touring from Grieco Johnston in December '23. I spend winters in Florida so the car was delivered to FL and I starte I purchased a 2024 CR-V Hybrid Touring from Grieco Johnston in December '23. I spend winters in Florida so the car was delivered to FL and I started hearing a clicking sound from the rear end of the car when I was in Florida this year. After several unsuccessful attempts in FL to resolve the issue at two dealerships in the Lauderdale area, I came back to RI and left the car with Jean. To my amazement, she was able to determine that the issue was the axle torque and fixed it! I cannot express my overwhelming gratitude for her perseverance in finding the issue. I am disappointed in the support in FL however thrilled with Jean and the Team at Grieco in RI. KUDOS TO JEAN AND THE SERVICE TEAM IN JOHNSTON!!! More

Worse experience ever dealing with CJ. They say they have something called meet or beat policy ,for which I went 60 miles far ,they agreed to a particular number of monthly payment for lease on that day ,Later after 2 days they called and no we ,for which I went 60 miles far ,they agreed to a particular number of monthly payment for lease on that day ,Later after 2 days they called and no we can't match that this will be the number .I was expecting that they keep their word but no they just bluff Its just waste of time going such far as well I lost other cars because of this dealership. Bobby Salvatore was also helpful and provided good information. Just recently, we dealt with Ray Santilli and he was instrumental in helping us buy a brand new Honda Pilot 2020. Ray was focused in assisting us one hundred per cent and very accommodating too. All three salesmen were very good. In the service department, Nicole Bibby has been my go to person every time I need to set up an appointment or help me every time I am there. Your technician, Scott , is excellent.He has serviced all the vehicles and Nicole makes sure I get him to work on the cars. We traded in two vehicles and bought the new car last week. In all the people named, they all were very professional, friendly, and a credit to your dealership. People like them make Honda a successful business and dealership! Keep these individuals. More
