The service department needs to coordinate their operations. I had a couple of items to service. It seemed like the department didn't seem to know what needed to be done. I would also recommend that Lincoln needs to consider its policy of tracking service with the Lincoln app. I personally resist putting any apps on my phone. Take into consider the customers. You could track service points by using telephone numbers. More
