The service advisors are nice enough but my experience since I purchased a 2024 Navigator is they never fix the issue the first time. For example every time I brought the vehicle in for service I asked since I purchased a 2024 Navigator is they never fix the issue the first time. For example every time I brought the vehicle in for service I asked about the poor function of my AC system-since day one it never seemed to cool the car as it should. Each time I was told it's fine and/or it's a "black" car and that was the reason. Finally, the system stopped cooling completely and it cost nearly $3000 to fix it as it is now out of warranty. If you "Google" AC issues with the 2024 Navigators-it's a common problem. Same with a problem previously with my USB charging ports not working. I brought it in to be fixed and they fixed the front but not the ones in the back so I had to bring it back again. For a luxury brand, the service levels don't the feel like it does when we've owned Lexus' or our other vehicle Genesis. More
