The service I received from the Service Department was excellent. Kelly, the service agent assigned to me, informed me daily about what was happening with the vehicle. The technician who replaced my tra excellent. Kelly, the service agent assigned to me, informed me daily about what was happening with the vehicle. The technician who replaced my transmission did an excellent job installing a refurbished transmission. The transmission drives better than before! More

Great staff! They completed all the paperwork prior to me arriving and made the buying process easy! I also was able to contact them for a small dent I found and they made arrangements for me to bring it back in to be repaired. More

I had a simple oil change and they stripped the drain plug on the oil pan costing me $800 for a new one. They won't take any responsibility for the damage caused by their poor workmanship. Customer Service was absolutely horrible! ! Dropped off my car on Wednesday for Thursday service. They were to fix the car in one day. I called right before 4 to check on status. Was not g ! Dropped off my car on Wednesday for Thursday service. They were to fix the car in one day. I called right before 4 to check on status. Was not going to be done until the next Tuesday and they claimed no loaner car. They said they could complete by 1 the next day. I waited and called close to 1 to check status. Wont be done now until the next Tuesday or Wednesday. Could not get anyone to call me back about a loaner car. Finally got one after making calls ALL day. Was a very stressful and horrific experience. The car is a lease and still under warranty or I would never go back to Preston. I have bought cars there for years. I also had a horrible experience buying out the lease on my car a few months prior. More
