Great experience! Sean is awesome! If I buy GM again it will be from him. Some informative notes on my Canyon… The first week of driving the infotainment system had se Sean is awesome! If I buy GM again it will be from him. Some informative notes on my Canyon… The first week of driving the infotainment system had several ‘gremlins’. Sometimes the rear camera would not engage, would show just two error symbols on the screen. My SiriusXM quit working. Just showed ‘loading’ a refresh from Sirius did not help. I think the last issue was the posted speed limit icon went blank. Oh and my CarPlay disappeared. Long story short I was able to fix all this by doing a factory reset via holding down call end for 10 seconds. I say all this just so it may help someone else that is frustrated and looking for a quick fix. The one other thing so far. Not sure if its just these trucks but only about 10%(maybe) of the under hood fuses were seated completely into the fuse box. Something else you might check on other vehicles. I’m very happy with the truck. Not so much the car payment, but thats all me. 🤣 Teo issues I would like to fix with first service at 7,500 miles. The door speaker rattle in the front doors no matter what the volume is, and a missing bed plug on the side by the wheel well. Nothing major. More

WOW! All I can say is 5 star level service from beginning to end! The manager Mike Genovese was the first one to greet me and hand me off to two service a All I can say is 5 star level service from beginning to end! The manager Mike Genovese was the first one to greet me and hand me off to two service advisors (Todd and Allison) who walked me through everything and kept me updated on my truck! They were faster than I had even expected and the price was way cheaper than I expected. I’ll definitely be back to do all my service work at Ferguson Buick GMC! More
