Travis, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’d like to clarify a few points so there is no confusion for those reading this review. When you visited in January, we were prepared to evaluate your vehicle; however, the inspection could not be completed because the vehicle was not left with us. A loaner or rental vehicle can only be provided when a valid, unrestricted driver’s license is confirmed through the DMV system at the time of check-in. Unfortunately, the license status returned as suspended, which legally prevented us from releasing a rental vehicle. This decision is not discretionary and applies regardless of prior approvals or the length of time you’ve been a Florida resident. Regarding your previous repairs, the services completed in November addressed the concerns present at that time. New or intermittent warning lights that appear months later would require a fresh diagnostic evaluation to determine the cause. Without access to the vehicle, we are unable to diagnose, document, or repair any current issues. We remain willing to inspect your vehicle once it can be left with us and all standard requirements are met, or you are welcome to wait for your vehicle if you choose. If you would like to proceed, we encourage you to contact our service department directly so we can assist you further.

Regarding the condition of the vehicle after service, this is not the standard we aim to meet. If any items were left out of place, we sincerely apologize, and we would have been happy to address that immediately had it been brought to our attention at the time of pickup. Concerning the windshield washer fluid: our dealership is located in Florida, where winterized washer fluid is not used or stocked due to our climate. Standard washer fluid is commonly installed here and performs as intended in warm-weather conditions. Unfortunately, when vehicles travel to freezing temperatures, that fluid can freeze. While this is not something typically encountered or required in Florida, we understand how inconvenient that situation was during your trip. As for discussions about vehicle options, our team’s intent is always to provide information when appropriate, never to apply pressure.
