Bob Gio was a pleasure to deal with. The buying process was straightforward, simple, and quick. Bob is pleasant and easygoing and seems to take personal interest in his customers. We bought a certified pre-owned vehicle that was in great shape. However, within the first three days, we noticed a bubble on one of the tires, likely from hitting a pothole. I called Bob, and he arranged for a courtesy replacement tire. In addition, he addressed an issue with the seat memory/key programming. Island Acura backed up their CPO warranty and programmed a new set of keys for us at no cost. We couldn't be happier! More
