My daughter was shopping for her first car and was sure she knew what she wanted. Turned out that car was not a good fit because she could not see well over the dash. She was so upset and ready to bolt but Mark spoke kindly, listened patiently, and showed her numerous cars until she found her perfect fit in the Mercedes-Benz C300. I can not thank Mark enough for being there and showing her she was important. Of course, I wanted her in a car with great safety features, low miles and a fair price. Mark managed to find all of this for us. I definitely recommend Mark and Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans if you are in the market for a vehicle.
