12 hours after cashing my check, I called with a problem concerning the suspension on a lifted truck that had seemed to have fallen, causing the tires to rub. I was told by my salesman that "I don't mean to be smart but I sold you a used car as is." That is not the correct answer. He actually pretended to give a crap and asked me to text him a picture of the truck and he would get back to me. The check cleared and I never heard anything. Terrible customer service... Would expect that from a buy here, pay here, but a dealership? Ridiculous More
