Negotiating a car deal is the least of my favorite things to do but working with Joe Lipari changed my perspective. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles he sold and was informative and patient without being pushy. There was none of that back and forth with speaking with a manager. I did not make my purchase that day and Joe was fine with that. There was no forceful pressuring. When I did decide to make the purchase, it was seamless. My last car purchase took hours to complete. Ralley had everything in order and I went from the financier to the genius who was very patient showing me the amazing dashboard and how to navigate the functions. Joe even encouraged me to make a list of questions and come back a second time to meet with a genius which I did after a few weeks of driving. The second genius I met was as knowledgeable and patient as the first. I have driven a Mercedes for 40 years and after driving this BMW, I won’t be going back. This vehicle drives like a dream and the advanced technology makes driving an amazing experience with each drive I go on. I also experienced a visit with the service department to purchase touch up paint and that department is run as efficiently and smoothly as all other departments. This was an all around fantastic experience. More

I understand you make your money in service, however how dare you quote me one number and then add on $3,052.17 after the car was ready. The funniest but also saddest part of this ordeal was the clown service advisors begging for the loaner car back whilst my car hadn't even began to be worked on. i will NEVER purchase a BMW Again from your tacky dealership unless you apologize and give me back the car extra money you charged me. Truly pathetic. i was asking to speak to the only competent service advisor there; Chris Blanco but you told me he was on vacation for roughly a month despite my friend talking to him constantly to find the best way to upgrade their car. Do the people at the circus Rallye Bmw, i'm sorry car dealership feel better when they're hustling their clients? i must commend you on your xxxx poor service and most likely losing future customer(s) unless you make this right, which you wont because God Forbid you make an exception to honor a warranty that was barely over. hats off to you. More
