UPDATE: The GM called me, and they're taking care of EVERYTHING. As someone who has owned 31 cars in 25 years of driving, I know that not everything is perfect sometimes so I'm changing my 1 star review EVERYTHING. As someone who has owned 31 cars in 25 years of driving, I know that not everything is perfect sometimes so I'm changing my 1 star review to a 5 star review. They are making things right and that really matters. They were also able to overnight ship my paperwork and I was able to register the car with no penalty (on the last day). ORIGINAL REVIEW: I will gladly update this if things change, but as of right now, it's been a very poor experience purchasing a car from Murfreesboro Hyundai. I purchased a used vehicle from them on 12/29/22, after speaking with several salesman over a week or so time period. I asked all the important questions about maintenance, inspections, etc. and was told the vehicle was in great shape, was very clean, and there were no issues whatsoever. The vehicle was delivered to me 250 miles away the next day; I'm assuming that they wanted to get as many deliveries as possible accomplished before the end of the month/year. Upon delivery, the vehicle had several "service needed" notifications, including the brakes and the blind spot monitoring system (which was completely inoperative). I immediately called my salesman before signing any paperwork and asked that the issues be addressed and to send me a "we owe" sheet outlining the issues; only then would I complete the purchase. It took nearly 3 weeks for the dealership to agree on a place to have the vehicle serviced, and they seem to be skirting around the blind-spot monitoring issue as something they weren't aware of or was never mentioned. I'm scheduled for service on Friday and we will see what the final bill is (I bought a Porsche, so it's not cheap). Lastly, it's now been 27 days since delivery and I still don't have a copy of the title in hand to register the vehicle. I will have to pay substantial late fees if I can't register it within 30 days. Ultimately, if you're buying a new car from them, maybe you won't have any issues. .. . As I said, if everything is addressed and paid for as promised and I receive the title today or tomorrow, I'll gladly upgrade my review with a few more stars. Alex has actually been a very good salesman and generally communicative throughout this process; I don't blame him for the condition of the vehicle or the responses that I've received (or not received) from the service and accounting departments. I've never had to leave such a drastically awful review on an establishment. My fiancé leased a 2022 Tucson, put down $4000, sight unseen, based on the promises: -the car would be black exterior and inte on an establishment. My fiancé leased a 2022 Tucson, put down $4000, sight unseen, based on the promises: -the car would be black exterior and interior. -the car would be delivered next day from Chattanooga. -the car would not be driven, but would be on the bed of a truck so as not to put miles on it. Unfortunately, none of those promises delivered and the car was delivered, 5 days later, driven with 312 miles, creme interior. While disappointed, we refused delivery to find the car we actually wanted elsewhere. On the delivery day, the finance associate, instead of refunding the money, charged the account again for $4k and thus had to issue a $8k refund to my account (not without penalty from my bank of course). All of these things could be forgiven-but the way we were treated in the end by associate Bobby Carter was worse than ALL of the above failures. He was dismissive, rude, and belittling, citing that "he'd never had to deal with customers like us" and daring us to call the attorney general. He even proceeded to make a scene in front of other customers and staff (as we didn't so much as raise our voice). We'd never seen him before, so his assessment of the situation was unfounded and his deplorable treatment of customers that had done NOTHING wrong is still baffling. We're owed an apology I doubt we'll ever get. Unfortunate all around. More

Excellent service! I came to Murfreesboro Hyuandi with the intent on purchasing a Kona, however, Stuart put me in the car I truly needed...the Tucson. I absolutely love it!
