AWFUL customer service. I am from Indiana and I made the long drive out to Naperville and bought a car here in February. After having to pay for plates up front, mailing the I am from Indiana and I made the long drive out to Naperville and bought a car here in February. After having to pay for plates up front, mailing the proper paperwork needed, and waiting patiently for over a month...I never received the plates. Upon calling, we were told my paperwork was lost, something that NOBODY made an effort to call me and inform me about. I then drove the paperwork up there myself and gave it directly to Bobby. It is now July and I have yet to receive my plates, and I have gotten ZERO response when I call to speak to someone or leave a message. Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE customer service. More

In my years with Cadillac, you guys deserve a bunch of praise for taking care of a guy like me who always demands perfection! By the way, before I agreed to this new lease, I visited a few other dealerships, no one was willing to work with me, let alone present great options, I guess I was not “worth their time!” Anyway, my wife’s lease with Buick is up next July, she would certainly look good in the new XT4. Keep up the great work, it is making a difference!! More
