Set up a appointment for 9:45 Saturday morning got there early as soon as service advisor said who’s the vehicle owner for Infiniti there is a 3 to 4 hour wait. Remember that I was changed almost $2000.00 for their service contract that I was not told they had already included in auto sale and still can’t get vehicle service there because if you have to wait after setting up appointment days in advance Is a waste of time people also work and have a life and it doesn’t include hanging out a dealership half a day for a oil change.
