Chris, we've worked extensively to meet your requests and have addressed them all through either our goodwill or your extended service contract. Chad left you a voicemail on 4/5 and he's not heard back from you. Keep in mind we are talking about an 11 year old vehicle with over 109,000 miles on it that you purchased a year and a half ago.

Unfortunately your wrong, vehicle was purchased with just rolling 100,000 miles. All was addressed with all major issues on vehicle. Truck was purchased in October 2021 and with our pandemic in place i could not get the vehicle in until mid January 2022. The vehicle then sat on Anderson lot until March 2023. I was thrown in a loaner i put 6000 miles on paid for a damaged window in my possession. Then thrown in a other loaner for another 5000 miles while my vehicle making payments on sat on your lot. The vehicle was told it was repaired with same issues repeatedly happening after told it was repaired. At date of purchase all issues were discussed and sold a warranty told to be coverd were nothing is covered per value of vehicle. I requested Chad Anderson to be contacted over a year ago several times. I received no response no communication from parties involved working on vehicle to months later. I was being told to hang in ther that the vehicle was to be swapped for what i paid for. I made several offers to part with loaner that was worth amount. I been lied to blown off paperwork falsified saying work was completed and now refused to complete issues. I purchased this vehicle with a sick wife with no kidneys traveling to three different states. I asked for a safe vehicle to provide her safe transportation for her traveling and transplant. I was sold a lemon vehicle with blown transfer case, transmission un repaired, two blown header gaskets, two rack and pinions replaced, blown water pump , thermostat stuck , three types of coolant in engine, bad tension pulley, bad idler pulley, serpentine belt, remote start not engaging, trailer brake light stuck on 4 wheel alignment still pulling, steering issues hitting bumps at high apeeds pulling into next lane. The answer from management was to refinance a new vehicle!! This was horrible service stealing hard earned working peoples money then placing them into unsafe vehicles. All i addressed is whats fair and could not get that. All is documented via email of the entire procedure asking for Chad's help if he knew whats been going on with this vehicle for over a year and currently.
