I bought all of them from Alan in sales and worked with Brian (Sales Manager) for I have bought 8 cars with Gustman Honda over the past 10+ years. I bought all of them from Alan in sales and worked with Brian (Sales Manager) for the past several years that he has been there. Alan is always fantastic to work with -- very professional, courteous, and cares about my needs. Brian has very competitive trade-in values and sales pricing yet there is NO pressure. Also no pressure in the Finance office either. I have had only amazing experiences with Gustman Honda's service department. I haven't needed much service besides preventive maintenance (thanks Honda reliability), but Scott and team are always prompt, do awesome work, and take great care of the car. It's so refreshing to work with a family-owned business with people that have so many years of experience and genuinely care for you like family. More

Bad job on refusing to take order about 9 months ago and further insult with low~ball trade value not even close to blue book trade value of $18000. He offered $14000. I sold for $18,000. Walk in after Hond further insult with low~ball trade value not even close to blue book trade value of $18000. He offered $14000. I sold for $18,000. Walk in after Honda tried the same thing when my car arrive. Called Nathan he had an Elite which we bought for cash. Nathan was terrific… I will leave it there! Very happy with the Elite! More
