This dealership has a wide variety of vehicles to choose from. What really impressed me was how patient Rob and Bill were when I changed my mind after some of the paperwork had been done on the EcoSport. Bu from. At least Bill didn't get to the stage where he turns his desk into a smart board. I admit I'm lousy at buying cars, especially since I didn't have anyone with me to give me advice. And I also should have looked at other cars instead of just looking at the website. But I was constrained by the amount I could put down and the monthly payment I could handle. I needed wheels and vanity didn't play into it-necessity did. I thank everyone at Metro Ford for their time and work on my behalf. Sherry Tourtual More

My experience with Metro Ford was good overall. I bought a used vehicle from them, which had a combination of options that is incredibly hard to find so it was worth the 1.5 hour drive to go to M I bought a used vehicle from them, which had a combination of options that is incredibly hard to find so it was worth the 1.5 hour drive to go to Metro Ford over a closer dealership. Compared to other dealerships, Metro Ford was relatively low-pressure. The salesman (Bob) seems like a pretty decent guy, I enjoyed dealing with him for the most part My only real complaint is about the vehicle registration process - it was needlessly complicated for both myself and the salesman. I am a Massachusetts resident and Metro Ford has a policy that the salesman has to accompany the purchaser to the Massachusetts RMV, which is an hour away, to complete the Mass State Sales Tax payment and plate/registration transfer. The Salesman had another engagement that afternoon and he was noticeably stressed out during the process and it made the finalizing of the purchase/registration and an extremely overwhelming and stressful ordeal for me as well. We had to rush the whole process and honestly it made my head spin. However, I can't blame it on the salesman because I would have been same way were I in his shoes. Even the Mass RMV personal were perplexed about Metro Ford's policy. Overall the experience has been solid, I really have enjoyed the vehicle so far and I wouldn't hesitate recommending Metro Ford. I haven't dealt with the service department yet so I cannot comment on that aspect. More

Picked up car and was literally pointed to the parking lot and said the car is parked over there. No going over the vehicle at all. The car was dirty. Greasy fingerprints all over the steering wheel as lot and said the car is parked over there. No going over the vehicle at all. The car was dirty. Greasy fingerprints all over the steering wheel as well as crumbs! Was not told the monthly payment was increased over $30 a month from what was agreed upon. Buyer beware!! More
