I had just come from looking at another SUV and the experience was terrible.. The vehicle did not live up to the advertisements for it. On the way home, I remembered seeing Auto Direct Cars rated very highly. I decided to stop and see what they have. I pulled in the lot just as they were closing. The owner, Bob, introduced himself as we pulled up. It looked like they were closing and mentioned this to him. He told me we were fine. We parked and Bob asked us what I was looking for. I explained to him what I wanted to spend and the payment each month. He explained they could help and his son Chad would assist. Chad showed us several cars and their features. Taking his time when he could have told me to come back tomorrow. I mentioned that I was also interested in a mid-size SUV. He showed me several. I tested one that I liked. It was a little more than I thought I could afford. But, Chad was patient and reassured me that we would be good. After deciding, Chad worked hard to get the payment to a great amount and added in a 3 year warranty. Chad stayed almost 2 hours past the closing time to assist me getting a car. I told Chad that the reviews were correct and they deserved all the positive feedback. I let Chad know that I was going to write in the review that I wanted to give him a hug when we finished. He responded by saying once we have this car for you, you can give me hug. Once I was ready to drive a way, I gave Chad a giant bear hug. I drove off happy and satisfied with my purchase. Auto Direct is doing car sales right. This has been the most pleasurable buying experience that I have ever had. Chad went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. I used Auto trader looking and comparing vehicles from different manufactures while in Afghanistan for the past 2 years. My comparisons always came back to the BMW x5. So I narrowed my search, and kept a look out for good deals in the 50 mile radius of my Delaware home in Newark. I came home for good on July 10th, and started looking for a vehicle. Their were several BMW's that looked promising within my search area. Most vehicles were 2007+ with over 1200000 miles or more, then I saw the 2002 BMW x5 with only 69400 miles which seemed to be the right one. I called up Auto Direct for a test drive, and they rolled out the red carpet. Just kidding. The test drive was great. Fred, the sales guy was very nice and professional. I decided to buy the vehicle, and expected to only deal with Fred. I called the dealership to negotiate a sale, and to my surprise, Bob the owner answered the phone. He was very nice and professional also. We talked about the vehicle and everything that was wrong and right with the vehicle. Bob pulled no punches and was to the point. Which I like. He and his staff did not make me feel rushed or taken advantage of once the vehicle purchase was complete. He did everything he said, and then some. I would recommend his dealership because his staff was friendly and professional and honest. What more can you ask for. Service this good is very hard to find in todays' business world. While searching for an Eclipse for weeks, we came upon Auto Direct Cars. The pictures of the vehicle depicted exactly what we were looking for, so we called the dealership to confirm the car was still av Auto Direct Cars. Once we confirmed the car was there, my husband, myself and my 3 children visited Auto Direct Cars. As we were driving to the dealership, I tried to remain realistic and not get my hopes up that the Eclipse would soon be mine. We had been visiting other dealerships and their photos of the car that we would eventually see in person were clearly taken at angles that would lead you to believe the car was in better shape than it truly was. If by chance the car was properly represented, our next hurdle was financing. Other dealerships wanted large down payments and high monthly payments. Thankfully, after so many other dealerships misrepresented their cars and asked for much more than we were willing to pay (there were some credit issues), we gave Auto Direct Cars the chance. When we arrived (During one of the HOTTEST days in July 2013) we immediately went over to the Eclipse we saw online. It was BEAUTIFUL! Every picture that was taken was an EXACT representation of what we were seeing in person. We went inside and met with the staff. This was a no pressure, relaxed atmosphere that went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were given the keys to the car to fully inspect it, they offered to pull the car in the garage to get us out of the hot sun, and offered our kids drinks and snacks. With other dealerships it was a "what you see is what you get" type car. That was NOT the case here. There was a drivers side door handle that was broken and a handle on the passenger seat was missing the plastic cover. Since the car had just recently come in, Auto Direct didn't have a chance to replace them. When we asked if they would be fixed, there was no hesitation and we were told that as soon as the parts came in, they would be installed. Needless to say, I was IMPRESSED! We test drove the car and immediately fell in LOVE. Now it was time to start talking numbers. We were very clear with what we wanted to put down and what monthly payment we were comfortable with; we were also so excited, that we wanted the car that day, without having to come back to complete the sale. None of our requests were to much to ask for and clearly the staff wanted to do all that they could do give us what we wanted (despite the dealership already being closed since we arrived only an hour before closing). Once we received the approval from the bank (which literally just took minutes), we headed over to the Palmayra location to meet with Chad and sign the paperwork. When we arrived there, Chad set up the TV for my 3 children to relax and watch while we went over the paperwork, completely hassle free. From Arrival to Departure, it took us about 2 hours; an amount of time significantly less than we had experienced during previous purchases. We have had the car now about 2 weeks and it has been all that we had been searching for. The follow-up calls to ensure everything was going well was a refreshing touch and proved that Auto Direct Cars truly cares about their customers and their experience with their dealership. We wanted to put newer tires on the car and Bob even set us up with a tire dealer and helped us save a TON of $$$. We truly can't wait to purchase another vehicle from Auto Direct and as soon as the Eclipse is paid off, we will be replacing our family vehicle with a car from Auto Direct Cars. If you have been all over looking for a car or if you are just starting to look, save yourself the time, energy, and frustration and go here FIRST. You will not be disappointed and if they don't have what you are looking for (Although chances are that they will since there are literally HUNDREDS of vehicles) all you have to do is ask, and they will work hard to find what you want. Auto Direct Cars has been a true representation of EXCELLENT customer service. I GUARANTEE that you won't find the care, concern, and friendliness at ANY other dealership. More

I went to this dealership because it was very close to home and plus it had a variety of cars I was interested in. But the main reason was because I had got into a car accident. The front of my car was bad enough I needed to get another car. When I called Auto Direct Cars in Delran, they were very nice and humble. They all understood my situation so tried their best to make ends meet. I met Chad, one of the owners, which was very pleasant from the beginning. He made it possible for me to start up with a 2007 Pontiac. This car, unfortunately, had a defect on it. It was towed to the shop. They did everything they could to fix the car on whatever it needed. At the end, the car had the same problem, but nobody knew about it. After that, Chad made it happen for me to get into a Toyota Corolla 2005. The car looks good, it runs smooth. The Toyota needed some things updated and fixed for me to be on the road. Even though with all of the frustration and hustle we were all going through with all of the unexpected moments of just trying to have a car; at all times, Bob and Chad kept their cool and were always offering to help in anything that was needed, never backed up and left me hanging. At the end, my Toyota is still with me, doing its job. I thank everyone at the shop for making it possible for me to finally have the car that was most convenient for me and also in good condition. This was the only dealership that stuck out in my mind in a positive way. I was able to test drive the cars I was interested in and take my time. The employees were extremely helpful in answering any questions I had and working with my needs. They never asked for a deposit to hold the car just a simple hand shake ( The way business used to be conducted). When I returned to pick the car up it was ready and the entire process took less than an hour AMAZING. I have had the car for over 2 weeks now and it drives great. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a used car to give them a call you will not be disappointed. More
