I bought my Chevy Cruise back in Nov 2020 (abt 45000 miles). I bought the extended warranty on it & changed my oil regularly. Then my hubby & mother-in-law got covid in Oct 2021. Putting him in the hos miles). I bought the extended warranty on it & changed my oil regularly. Then my hubby & mother-in-law got covid in Oct 2021. Putting him in the hospital, rehab & throat surgery (6 mths) The last thing on my mind was oil changes for my car. I got it changed about 9000 miles. Then in the beg of 2023, the timing was off & needed a timing chain. You guys fixed it. Then in July-Aug 2023 my car was in the shop again. this time it took nearly 4 weeks to discover what was wrong. When the problem was discovered, it was a bent piston & it needed a whole new head. I was told the warranty was VOID because I didn't maintain the car properly. It cost me over $2000 to get it fixed. Then the company was sold & we were told we had to pay up (I was making payments). Now the NEW head is leaking oil & there isn't a head to be found. We were told Chevy doesn't make them any more (for Chevy Cruises)! I've been on the waiting list now for about 3-4 months at least! Who knows how long it will take for a refurbished head to be located. More

Drove over 6 hours to purchase a truck. Asked that it have the codes read to be sure there were no issues. We test drove the truck around town and ever Seamed to be fine. Once we hit I-15 and went over 60mph or so the check engine light came on. At this point we were less than 10 miles from dealership. We called them and was told that the “additional warranty on page 6 of the document package would cover this.” We traveled to Idaho falls and stopped for fuel. Called dealership again and was told same story, it’s covered by warranty. “Just take it to a dealership and then call that number”. We decided to have the ford dealership in Idaho falls look at it. Their opinion was that they cleared the codes without fixing the issue. They cleared them. Check engine light was off and as soon as we were back on highway it came on again. Called and was transferred to Mr. Peterson who was absolutely no help. He admitted that the warranty on page six only covered major repairs like the engine for example. We were able to return the truck to them and they would “look at it. But would not pay for repairs’. I sent him the codes from Ford dealership in Idaho falls. Once home we had the local Ford dealer pull codes and same thing. He told me that we were offered an insurance but declined. I took the way he said it as that they knew there was an issue and we declined their insurance so tough luck to us. Very unwilling to look at the vehicle that we strongly believe as does two different dealerships, the codes were cleared no repairs and they knew it. Mr. Peterson gave me his cell and I sent the codes and estimates to him directly with no response. I’d take your Business elsewhere. I didn’t read reviews and paid for it.
