I had my car serviced recently. They say they perform a multipoint inspection of car but they do not provide the customer with a summary of that inspection. I called to ask why it w They say they perform a multipoint inspection of car but they do not provide the customer with a summary of that inspection. I called to ask why it wasn’t in my paperwork and was told they have the information in their system and don’t share it. This is not helpful to the customer and should be provided. They were supposed to leave my keys and receipt in car after I paid for the service. They didn’t and had to come back again to pick up the next day. Not a good experience at all and expensive. More

I was very satisfied with the way you handled my situation except for the problem of a third water pump. Not happy with the product. So I called the 1-800 # and will be filing a formal complaint. Th situation except for the problem of a third water pump. Not happy with the product. So I called the 1-800 # and will be filing a formal complaint. This is my 3rd jeep and I own a 91 jeep. Solid jeep that 91, not the newer jeeps. They are making them like CRAP! So I will never buy another jeep again and you should have honored the warranty on the pump since it was only a month over your warranty. So I say goodbye for ever!!! More

The only disappointing thing was that they had to order on They addressed all of my concerns and answered questions that came up while I was waiting. The only disappointing thing was that they had to order one small part that I told them was in need of replacement 2 weeks before my appointment. A part that should really be kept in stock or easy to get the same day. Now I have to go back for an hour or two to have it replaced on a separate day. More
