The loan amount given to me was incorrect, each person thought something different. Getting new plates, this was not told to other staff (finance, insurance) I was owed $$ back from them (and I didn’t even put the $500 down day of that I had planned) 3. Vehicle was not properly taken care of prior to sale. No oil change on record (slightly used vehicle) Brakes and rotors are rusty. 4. Again, communication Loan company attempted two weeks of contact for the paperwork due to it not being sent in full. I had to reach out and ask for them to resend. 5. I’ve only communicated using my cell number, yet they don’t reach out to me but instead to my partner (the loan and vehicle are not in their name, they never contacted the dealer) I contacted them the next business day after the sale to let them know my concerns. Said they would contact me—Did not hear back. Reached out again two weeks later after having another dealership confirm the brakes were not okay, was told they would talk to manager and reach back out—never heard from them. More
