My Suburban broke down at Easter and right before a big job that I needed by truck for! I told them about my crisis and they got it done by noon the next day. I paid $1800. 00 for service that I didn’t get full satisfaction of. My Stabili Track light is still on. I got other service done also that was satisfactory. Dishonest customer handling. I received a letter from GM advising me that my 2022 truck has a recall and listed the symptoms. I had my truck towed to Buddy when the symptoms pres I received a letter from GM advising me that my 2022 truck has a recall and listed the symptoms. I had my truck towed to Buddy when the symptoms presented themselves for a recall repair. They decided to run a Diagnostic test, which I agree is a good practice, however they call me back with $1600 worth of work that needs to be done, never said anything about the recall and then wanted to charge over $200 for the Diagnostic test, which I didn't ask for. I just wish dealerships like Buddy /Superior would be honest with their handling and estimating tactics, us hard working people don't have the time and money to be jerked around. Now I was leary that they did anything honest and have to take it miles away to another dealership just to check on what they actually did or recommended is accurate. Final warning be careful and leary at this dealership. More
