Got charged 62000 for a 52000 retail car. Add said upside down on trade would be taken care of. The internet price was a lot lower but charged this. Make sure you check sticker price. Paul is a great guy. He did his best to help me out during the purchase. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about Bob Horn. Since the beginning of the negotiations. A He did his best to help me out during the purchase. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about Bob Horn. Since the beginning of the negotiations. After agreed with the price, he made Paul call me and ask to increase my down payment in almost $2000. We end up agreed to increase $1000 and raise the monthly lease in $10. I traveled 2h to Daytona to get the car, when I get there they ask me to increase the lease AGAIN! I said NO! They agreed. Once Bob print the lease he had already INCREASED the lease without my consent. Fortunately, I realized that before sign it. Absolutely uncomfortable situation. Very upsetting. The guy literally tried to trick me. Second problem: the car was supposed to be NEW, when I got inside it had already almost 200 miles. Something that SHOULD be informed in advance. Finally Bob Horn agreed to give me the all weather mats ($150 value), once Paul went to get it, he told him he didn’t agree with that. He lied on my face. In other words, absolutely not reliable person that doesn’t care about customer loyalty, and do everything for peanuts. Unfortunately people do everything for money and don’t care about respect and honesty. I would definitely buy a car from Paul, but not on that store. In 24 months I will be returning this car and guess what? I won’t buy again from them. Mitsubishi needs to work hard and learn from the other companies. That is why I’m 20years loyal to BMW. That never happened to me. More
