This is the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with!!! I bought a used car in which I was forced to take an additional package filled with products and services I didn’t need. The sales guy told me finan I bought a used car in which I was forced to take an additional package filled with products and services I didn’t need. The sales guy told me finance would help me remove it. At which time I was told that it was a requirement and there was nothing I could do. It pay the additional $1700 for the package. So after much back and forward I ended up still buying the car with the package. Months later I look into Kahu one of the services I was forced to get and the dealership never set it up. I made several calls in which I was told it would be taken care of. No one return any of my calls and about two weeks later I get an email that it was finally set up. Again with no return call or follow up. I’ve used the service department again for the package items I was told I had to get and they tell me I don’t have that item in my package. They refer me again to the sales dept. All I really wanted was the car and not to waste $1700 on useless item but with this dealership that is impossible!!! I will never buy a car here again or use them in any way. It’s nothing but problems and bait and switch!! The sales guy was new and seemed to not know what he was talking about or anything related to the process of buying a car. Not impressed! More

I can’t speak highly enough of the great experience I had in working with the professionals at Lexus of Brookfield. When Nate Rench took my initial telephone inquiry, he listened carefully to all of my requ in working with the professionals at Lexus of Brookfield. When Nate Rench took my initial telephone inquiry, he listened carefully to all of my requirements of what I wanted in my new Lexus. He made sure that my new car had all of the features I requested. Since I live 829 miles away from the dealership, the car was delivered to me by Bob Hill, who is a Sales Professional, and Elisha Springsteen, who is the Delivery Manager. Not only did they drive the car for two days, but they stopped to have it washed before they delivered it to me! They then spent hours introducing me to all of the features of the new car. They were incredibly patient and friendly during their time with me. They even brought me a dozen roses to thank me for my business. They then got back into my old car that I was trading in for another two day journey back to Wisconsin. I had several questions about the new car and I called Bob and Elisha on their trip back to Wisconsin. They took my calls cheerfully and answered my questions.
