Bob was the first person I spoke with via email. He was not like any of the other stalker dealers I have spoke with. He did not call me hourly and email me constantly and it was because of this, I chose to not like any of the other stalker dealers I have spoke with. I walked in to Toyota of Braintree with a particular car in mind. I had called ahead to make sure that it was still available and Bob Hadges immediately researched it and found that it was actually in the in mind. Within a few hours he had it transported to Braintree so I could come in for a test drive. Bob was very friendly and kept in touch every hour so that I could be apprised of when the car would be ready. When I got there, I was introduced to Eddie who went with me on the test drive. At no point did Eddie or anyone else at the dealership try to even make me look at another car other than the one that I was interested in. As this car was not a Toyota, Eddie was not super familiar with "all" of the features, but after we made the deal, he stuck around and helped me to get them all working (blue tooth, seat memory, etc.) which was extremely nice of him. I took my car home that night. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend the dealership as well as Eddie and Bob. More

Special kudos to Rich Voelker, he was pleasant and polite, no pressure and explained everything, somethings I needed him to repeat the explanation and he did so without rolling his eyes or acting impatient or making me feel stupid. Everyone I dealt with at Tufankjian was pleasant and polite. There wasn't any high pressure selling and no pressure to purchase warranties, alarms, etc. Everything was explained in detail and left up to me to decide whether or not I wanted to purchase an item. I would definetly absolutely recommend this dealership. More

We were shopping around for an '08 Highlander. Brian and Toyota of Braintree were pleasant to work with and the experience was hassle-free, unlike what we experienced at other dealerships. At the competition, issues ranged from inexperienced sales people who didn't know much about their vehicles, price games (better price offered in an e-mail than what the sales manager offered when we were at the dealership; also writing a number on paper that the sales person couldn't sell the vehicle for), to poor communication (sales people didn't return our call after we agreed to a price, as long as they properly repaired some damage). Bob, in the internet group at Toyota of Braintree, took great care of us from the outset. He was prompt and offered specific answers to our questions. He also moved quickly and got me into their dealership to view the vehicle we ultimately ended up purchasing. Initially, I hadn't planned to go that far of a distance for a vehicle, but Bob struck while the iron was hot, which made the difference. On-site, Bob passed things on to Brian, who was a straight-shooter, accommodating and treated me like an educated consumer. He was personable and asked enough to get to know me and our needs without pretending that he wanted to become my new best friend. Throughout the experience, when I compared my experience at Toyota of Braintree, I knew that I would rather give my business to Brian than to one of the other sales people we had met at other dealerships. Bob also didn't just disappear. He helped out when needed (Brian was closing another deal and I never felt neglected, or that I was wasting my time.) Behind-the-scenes, Arthur did a good job on the paperwork aspect, and to explain warranty information. He didn't mess around, was thorough, and explained things in a way that was conversational, rather than using lofty, inflated language. He also was quick to contact resources that he needed after traditional business hours to ensure things went off without a hitch. After 21+ years, it was clear he knows his business. The whole process took no time at all and Brian made good on all aspects of the deal. The only thing outstanding is a set of floor mats, but based on the experience so far, I'm sure he will follow-through. When we're in the market for another vehicle, I'll be sure to visit Toyota of Braintree. More

I very recently bought a new 2010 Toyota Highlander from Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree. When I arrived at the dealership, I was very impressed with the spacious and modern showroom. I met Bob and he introduced me to Steve Lavanchy. Steve worked with me from the test drive through to purchasing the vehicle and was at all times a class act and a professional. Steve did not adopt high pressure sales techniques and instead gave me the information and help that I needed to make my decision. Later that Sunday, I worked with John Celesk on financing and purchasing the vehicle. John tirelessly went over various financing options and different options to add to the vehicle. Like Steve, John did not use forceful sales techniques; rather, he patiently let me know about my options so that I went home satisfied. I had the car in service to install the options that I selected and Mike Hankes was very helpful in working with me to get me a great system at a great price. Steve Lavanchy was extremely accessible and kept in touch with me during the whole process. Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree also let me use a loaner vehicle while my options were being installed. Even though another Toyota dealership is located in my town and is less than 10 minutes away, I will travel to Toyota of Braintree to service my car in their modern service department. I cannot speak highly enough about Steve Lavanchy, John Celesk, Mike Hankes, and Bob Hadges and I am extremely satisfied with my car-buying experience. Also, I love the car--that helps! More

From the initial e-mail to the last hand shake, I was treated with complete courtesy and professionalism. Because of a prompt e-mail response to my offer, I drove from Cape Cod to Braintree and drove hom treated with complete courtesy and professionalism. My offer on the new truck was accepted immediately and I received exactly what I wanted for my trade. No haggling. Another dealer ( where i bought my previous truck ) told me to sell my old truck myself and then come back and we could talk prices. Needless to say, I won't be back for sales OR service. I don't mind driving an hour to be treated with respect. Thank you Bob Hadges, Sam Zaidan and everyone at Toyota of Braintree for making my trip" off Cape" so easy and enjoyable. See you for service.
