Rick spent a lot of time with me explaining the features of the new corolla and he was very patient answering all my questions. Rick was so friendly that I felt as if I knew him for years. This was a such a great experience that I will never go to another Toyota dealer for a purchase or for service. I have used their service dept. for years and have been very satisfied with the service and with Brian Linn. After visiting 5 other dealerships for Honda, Subaru, Chevy, my wife and I were totally disgusted as to how we were treated and ignored at these various dealers. I have spent over 30 years in sales and sales management and would quite frankly have fired a few salesmen that day. We then arrived at Toyota of Braintree, where we had purchased 2 other cars, and found them to be very helpful, concerned, and all tried to make this a pleasant visit. We were greeted upon our arrival by more than one person who was more than willing to help us. When we told them we were here to see Kenny Tempro they made sure he was aware we were waiting and in his absence were willing to help until he arrived. The best part of this service was that it was not done in an overbearing way or hard sell approach some local dealers have become known for. We always felt that it was always with our convenience in mind. When Kenny arrived we told him what we were looking for and he promptly arranged for us to see the vehicles and test drive the one we picked out. At all times Kenny was the ultimate professional. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding of our needs. He made this an outstanding visit and ultimately purchase of our new Rav4. In a couple of years we will be looking for a new car to replace our second car, a Camry, it is no doubt we will just go back to Toyota of Braintree and Kenny. Bob Hadges, the business manager we spoke with, finished the experience with a perfect handling of all the financial paperwork necessary to complete the deal. All in all it was a very satisfying visit to a growing family dealership that has not forgotten that customer service and satisfaction is the correct way to build a successful business. More

Leo made the experience of trading in and purchasing a new Toyota pickup truck a relatively easy process. At no time did I feel pressured into making a decision, which had happened at other dealers. He called me a few times, but not to the point where it was a nuisance. I had the feeling he wanted to help me buy a new truck, but understood, if I decided to stay with my current truck. One of the best selling features, was after my girlfrined and I had taken a test drive, he left us alone, and went back inside, to let us talk about it, without any pressure. We both talked about how considerate he was, and how that one little thing, may have been the thing to help me make up my mind, along with the price. He seems to know the product line, as all of my questions were answered. The dealership handled all of the registration and insurance transfer for me, which saved me a lot of time and hassle at the registry, I'm sure.
