Fred Zeiba and Bob Keough made the buying process stress free and worked with us to find our perfect new car, which we didn't make easy for them. We had to wait a bit for our car since we were picky about what we wanted, but we were kept informed and it was definitely worth the wait! Bob Hadges was very organized and made signing the important paperwork feel painless. Two visits to the dealership to buy the car and then pick it up...and not one ounce of stress or feeling of being pressured. We highly recommend Tufankjian Toyota and will definitely be back ourselves!!! More

Also tried to make a cash deal on a few of the Scion Xb we saw but we were told "we don't want Cash, cash was the worst thing to have" So we looked in the Boston area and found Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree I called and talked to Bob Hyman in Internet sales he was very helpful. Next day took the long drive out of state to see the car met Mr. Hyman and then met Matt Bruce which showed me the car and took it for a ride. We told them we wanted the car and paid cash for it at such a great price. Paper work was done by bob Hadges. NOT ONE PROBLEM NICE AND EASY TRANSACTION. More dealships need to be more helpful and customer oriented. Mr Bruce even drove the car down to RI to drop it off in my driveway . THANKs ALL OF YOU!!!!!!! The Kuras's More
