I have been servicing my vehicle at this center for 5 years now and their services has always been exceptional. Charges are reasonable, quick turnaround but be prepared to get discount coupon mails every years now and their services has always been exceptional. Charges are reasonable, quick turnaround but be prepared to get discount coupon mails every 3 weeks once you are due for service. Probably they don't know they can save on papers by sending their discount coupons by email rather than physical mails. More

I dropped off my 2022 Toyota sienna with 20 K miles for an oil change. Upon picking up the vehicle After starting, it sounded like a tractor trailer. I went back inside, spoke to the service adviser and af an oil change. Upon picking up the vehicle After starting, it sounded like a tractor trailer. I went back inside, spoke to the service adviser and after they checked the oil gauge, there was no oil in the engine. The tech forgot to put oil. This could have damaged my engine I’m not sure how someone can be this incompetent. Anyways, to make a long story short, the service manager offered a free oil change in the future. This just does not reside well. I had also requested the customer relations manager to return my call After receiving the survey , but so far I have not heard from anyone. More
