Bob and Heidi were extremely helpful and went wayyyy out of their way for us. We contacted Bob over the phone, and told them what we needed, what we wanted and he hooked us up. Between email and phone calls, he got our order spot on. We live in North Dakota, and could only complete our sales deal on a Saturday, later at night. When we got close to Faribault, we gave them a call and they met us at 8:30 p.m. at the dealership. Heidi had all of our paperwork ready for us to sign, Bob introduced us to our new vehicle, and we were on our way in less than an hour.
