I worked at a Kia service department for over 6 years. I know a good service department and good people. No pressure when recommending services. Fair prices if you know the business. I got breaks done all around on my Kia and the service was roughly $3 cheaper than my old department so I know prices are soot on. Car wash performed and they vacuum it out for you. Can get oil changes and routine maintenance done in small shops for cheaper and use aftermarket parts but cutting corners gets you in trouble down the line. It’s best to find a good dealership you can trust and Bridgewater Kia is that for me! More

I came to Kia and was working with Keyon, who was a great salesman. He was patient with me, accommodated, and listened to all my interest I wanted in my vehicle. Unfortunately, something happened and I could salesman. He was patient with me, accommodated, and listened to all my interest I wanted in my vehicle. Unfortunately, something happened and I could not get the vehicle anymore and all the departments worked with me and were very understanding and respectful! I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable. Dan and Bob were patient, understanding, and very respectful. The dealership accommodated to my needs and worked with me and I left there happy and relieved. They were all so helpful and understanding. The communication and friendliness was mature. Thank you Kia Bridgewater! More
