Unfortunately my experience with Al Packer, located at 9801 Pulaski hway Baltimore, MD, 21220 was not very good From the staff not communicating truthful and non conflicting fact / quotes to the cust 9801 Pulaski hway Baltimore, MD, 21220 was not very good From the staff not communicating truthful and non conflicting fact / quotes to the customer, Over all, Sales, Servie ( 2 days after a purchase ) and finance professionalism, and forcefulness, stating, " just sign here, just sign here" overall I am very disappointed in this dealership. Ps It seem as though their concerned was about A Sale., No service, even after 2nd day of purchase, just sign and go....... Signed, Very Unhappy Customer More
