Porsche Chandler in the Phoenix area provides incredible service. Wow! !! So great!!! We inquired via phone/email to Joe then walked right in to be helped by Rick. We had been shopping for over a month and every other dea !! So great!!! Bought a pre-owned BMW X5 from Porsche Chandler from out of state. Joe was very accommodating throughout the process and reasonably responsive. Joe picked me up from the airport and the team was extremely f of state. Joe was very accommodating throughout the process and reasonably responsive. Joe picked me up from the airport and the team was extremely friendly during the purchasing process. Bob gave a great summary throughout the paperwork process with no pressure to sign without reading the terms. There were a few minor issues with the car including extremely minor wear and tear, manufacturer issues that were covered under warranty, and missing non-essential items but it was sold as-is and to be expected from a pre-owned vehicle. Joe and Haydn are aware and working to see if Porsche Chandler can help with any of the outstanding items and I'm hoping for a positive resolution on some of the smaller items. More
